As a clinical psychologist and coordinator of the group therapy program at ������� Langone Psychiatry Associates, I am dedicated to helping my patients achieve meaningful and lasting improvements in their mental health. I find immense satisfaction in seeing my patients become more relaxed, and experience increased life satisfaction and meaning by the end of therapy.

I specialize in treating executive dysfunction, anxiety, and related disorders, including ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and insomnia. With years of clinical and research experience at various hospitals throughout the NYC area, I have honed my skills in both individual and group psychotherapy. I run CBT skills groups specifically designed to improve executive functioning and manage stress, anxiety, and mood disorders. My extensive training includes specialized internships and fellowships, which have equipped me with the expertise to provide high-quality care.

Throughout my career, I have focused on proactive healthcare engagement, emphasizing the importance of patient research and the value of independent, third-party reviews.
