As a clinical psychologist at ������� Langone, I am a compassionate person dedicated to helping individuals regain their optimism and confidence. My philosophy of care centers on the belief that with the right treatment and supports in place, people can overcome or improve their personal challenges no matter how big or small they might be. I am passionate about using talk therapy to help patients learn about themselves, develop essential skills, and navigate life's difficulties.

With over a decade of experience, I specialize in treating patients with a broad range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, panic disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Additionally, I provide a supportive and affirming environment for individuals who are questioning their gender or sexuality. I also have a particular interest in providing treatments for patients with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, and often involve family members and loved ones in the recovery process.

My work has involved extensive experience in evidence-based practices, which I developed during my internship at Yale University School of Medicine and postdoctoral training at Boston College. Over time, I have come to believe in a whole-health approach to care. In my practice, I encourage attending to physical wellbeing and emphasize the importance of social connectedness, with the belief that physical health and mental health are interrelated.

My journey into psychology began with a desire to help the most vulnerable in society. My training at Yale University and Boston College solidified my commitment to using evidence-based approaches while valuing each person's unique story. At �����о��� Langone, I am proud to use the skills I’ve learned and be part of a team, including nurses and medical doctors who are involved with my patients, ensuring that my patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. I also work closely with any psychiatrist who may be involved in my patients’ care.
