As a podiatrist at ������� Langone, I am dedicated to helping my patients achieve optimal foot and ankle health. I specialize in treating a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including sprains, stress fractures, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, bunions, flatfeet, and arthritis.

My expertise extends to both nonsurgical and surgical treatments. For more severe injuries, like unstable fracture, ligament and tendon tears, or infections, I may recommend more immediate surgical management. I will also evaluate for elective reconstructive surgeries or ankle arthroscopy for flatfeet, bunions, hammertoes, osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) cartilage lesions, and other foot deformities.

Growing up in West Chester, Philadelphia, I was accustomed to injuries as a student athlete focused on swimming, tennis, and track. My podiatry career was inspired by the various providers I met along the way who helped me recover and advance to my next athletic achievements, which included swimming for the NCAA Division 1 varsity team at Drexel University in Philadelphia. While earning a dual advanced degree in biomedical engineering, I found a passion for the biomechanics in lower extremity, and realized the wondrous complexity of the human body, which allows us to move through life with such ease.

I have been fortunate to receive the highest level of training. After podiatric medical school at Temple University, I served as chief resident while completing my surgical residency and honing my skills in podiatric medicine, elective podiatric surgery, and reconstructive surgery. I went on to advance and further diversify my training with a fellowship focused on wound care and limb salvage.

I am board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and board-qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. I am also a member of American Podiatric Medical Association and the legislative affairs and membership committees of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association.

I am dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized, and comprehensive, evidence-based care to every patient I see. My goal is to use my extensive training and experience to help my patients return to their activities without pain and with improved functionality.
