As an orthopedic surgeon at ������� Langone, I provide comprehensive and compassionate care to my patients. My focus is on reconstructive surgery of the hip and knee, and I am passionate about helping individuals regain mobility and improve their quality of life. I find great fulfillment in seeing my patients return to their daily activities and sports with reduced pain and enhanced function.

I specialize in primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, with a particular interest in hip conditions affecting young adults and adolescents. These conditions often stem from sports injuries, hip impingement, dysplasia, and childhood deformities such as Perthes disease and slipped capital femoral epiphysis (SCFE). With significant clinical expertise in hip preservation surgeries, including hip arthroscopy, pelvic osteotomies, and open hip impingement procedures, I aim to provide tailored treatments that address each patient’s unique needs. My board certification in orthopedic surgery and years of specialized training underscore my commitment to excellence in this field.

Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in both clinical practice and academic research. My work is centered on improving patient outcomes in joint arthroplasty and hip preservation. I have had the privilege of learning advanced surgical techniques through prestigious fellowships, including an orthopedic surgery residency at Mayo Clinic, an adult reconstruction and joint replacement fellowship at Stanford University, and a fellowship in complex acetabular and pelvic reconstruction. Additionally, I was honored with the Hip Society’s M. E. Mueller Foundation traveling fellowship, which allowed me to study advanced hip preservation techniques from leading surgeons in Europe.

My journey into orthopedic surgery was inspired by a desire to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. I pursued my medical education with a focus on orthopedics, completing my residency and fellowships at some of the most renowned institutions. This extensive training has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality, patient–provider care.
