I specialize in treating anxiety, mood fluctuations including depression, and trauma history. Additionally, I address cultural and identity issues stemming from immigrant experiences, gender and sexuality-related experiences, and significant life changes. Over the years, I have honed my skills in various therapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems (Level 1 trained by the end of 2024), self-compassion, psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). My commitment to continuous learning ensures that I am always equipped with the latest techniques to best support my patients.

Throughout my career, I have focused on proactive healthcare engagement and patient–provider care. I run a self-compassion group and offer online doctor visits through the �����о��� Langone Health app, ensuring accessibility and convenience for my patients. My approach is rooted in building strong partnerships with my patients, understanding their unique backgrounds, and fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

My journey into psychology began in high school, inspired by an exceptional teacher who introduced me to the basics of the field. This early interest grew into a lifelong pursuit of learning and helping others. My career has been driven by a deep commitment to understanding and alleviating human suffering.
